The Story... so far

Love did not technically begin in France, although France has since taken partial credit. Toby and Ludivine were engaged in 2024, well before house keys, renovation plans and cross-channel logistics became part of everyday conversation. The French chapter came later, when they sensibly decided that if you’re going to be in love, you may as well do it somewhere with better bread.

They bought their place in France last year, adding it to their growing list of shared adventures, and ambitious daydreams.

With the date set, the real planning began. It turns out organising a wedding in France from the UK is less of a checklist and more of an endurance sport.
